The Okanagan, Mara and Shuswap Lakes have long been a haven for boaters and water-skiers. A public boat launch is within close proximity at Mara Provincial Park (10min away) and for those who prefer to rent there are many boat rentals available both on Mara and Shuswap Lakes. If you prefer to take it easy why not hire a boat charter for the day, or step aboard the Phoebe Ann for a cruise to the Cinnemousun Narrows on Shuswap Lake. If you are ready for lunch, or feel like a round of golf, head to Moose Mulligans Pub or Hyde Mountain Golf Course on Mara Lake. Both are boat accessible with convienent moorage facilities available for guests. *Please note that we do not provide a ski boat launch for our guests. Launching is by hand only for canoes and kayaks.

Shuswap Lake Marine Park is comprised of 26 sites located around the perimeter of Shuswap Lake. All locations are popular for fishing and water sports; hiking and nature study are popular at some sites. Some sites are road accessible, but most are water-access only. Facilities at the sites vary from nothing to 3 or 4 wilderness tenting sites with a pit toilet. Anglers take note: Shuswap Lake contains 19 species of fish!
